Hi, I’m Tamara - The MindFuelBody Coach. I'm a certified run coach, nutritionist and hypnotherapist but more importantly, someone who truly believes in the magic of the outdoors and the power of community. At the heart of my work is a holistic approach to well-being, blending movement, mindfulness and nourishment to create lasting transformation and unique outdoor experiences. Whether through retreats, trail-running events or 1:1 coaching, I support individuals in building a deeper connection with themselves and nature. Trails & Twilight - Trail Run & Sauna & Supper:

Trails & Twilight is a monthly full moon gathering in Wareham that blends a gentle trail run, relaxation and community. The evening includes a ~5 km easy trail run, an hour in the forest sauna with cold plunge and a plant-based supper provided by the wonderful Kara, followed by firelit storytelling and stargazing. This event is beginner-friendly and welcomes all who seek a mindful, supportive space to explore trail running and unwind in nature.

My Yoga Journey

My journey into yoga began with a transformative experience in India, where I immersed myself in the practice. This time was not just about learning poses; it was about connecting with my inner self and understanding the power of mindfulness. Yoga became a sanctuary for me, a way to navigate the chaos of everyday life.

Weekly Classes and Collaborations

I offer a variety of weekly yoga classes designed to cater to all levels. Each class is an opportunity to deepen your connection with yourself, listen to your body, and embrace your unique journey.

In addition to my regular classes, I love collaborating with Kara to create enriching mini retreats. These events typically feature a Vinyasa yoga practice, where we explore movement and breath in a dynamic flow. Sometimes, I invite special guests or introduce unique themes focused on intention setting, enhancing the overall experience.

To wrap up our retreats, Kara prepares a delicious vegan meal made with love, served in the charming Pinterest Bad Hand Warehouse. It’s a perfect way to nourish both body and soul after a fulfilling practice.
